Satan has a foothold here... and jesus can release it
What do I pray? Something like this:
Dear Lord, as I drive through this place with another 2+ driver, we pray in the name and authority of Jesus, that your presence fills this place. Shine your light into the shadows that Satan is dwelling. By the power of Jesus Christ and our father in Heaven, we ask that you bring Your light and Your healing here and cast all evil out. Thank you for hearing our prayers.
A longer prayer to try
Dear Jesus, your word says demons tremble at the sound of your name but Mark 1:27 states the authority you have over demons is what makes them flee. We know that you are here with us right now and we speak today in the authority of your name, Lord Jesus asking that you drive out all evil from this place. We have witnessed the darkness, filth, and addiction that has plagued our community and we ask that your light will shine bright and that you will renew this area we're driving through. Wash away the sins; the addiction; the darkness; and cleanse it. Lord Jesus, your name and presence is more powerful than we can comprehend. We pray in your name that you hear our prayers and drive Satan out of this place. Thank you for your love and restoration. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Dear Jesus, as your child, I know your Holy Spirit is alive and within me. I may have never prayed like this but I ask right now that your light and presence fills this place as we pass through it.
